    Desirable Skills

     1. 4+   years of Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery of Infrastructure and   Applications.   2.   Must-Have experience in Service Mapping.

3.   Understanding of configuration and implementation experience of CMDB.

4. 2-4   years of Hands-on experience on Service Mapping, creation of custom probes.

5. ServiceNow Certified Implementation   Specialist- Discovery

6.   Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services

7.   Development knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, CMDB,   REST Calls, Business Rules, Workflows

8.   Experience with WMI, SSH, SNMP, PowerShell, REST, SOAP, and JavaScript

9.   Experience working with LDAP, Active Directory, and SUDO a plus

10.   Event managment experience
